Back in 2013, our founder spotted a need. Independent working Americans were building their own self-employed lifestyles, but there was one major gap – benefits. Thus, Stride was born, founded on the principle that independent workers deserve the same financial security as full-time employees. 

But we didn’t stop there. We understood how technology could change the game for everyone in the individual healthcare market. So, we set out to streamline the experience for health plans, agencies, their members, and workforce communities, providing them with a single platform that simplifies the shopping, quoting, enrollment, and eligibility verification processes. The healthcare market is constantly evolving. So, today we continue the important work of building a solution that evolves with it.
